About the Project

Brian Jessel BMW identified an opportunity to better connect with Chinese-speaking audiences in Vancouver – an important and growing customer segment. While the dealership had strong brand recognition locally, its existing marketing materials were not fully optimized for this audience.

The goal was to create culturally relevant, accessible communications and establish a presence on platforms commonly used by Chinese consumers, enabling the dealership to build stronger relationships and drive engagement within this market.

What We Did

We adapted key marketing materials from English to Chinese, ensuring not only accurate translation but also cultural relevance and clarity in messaging.

In parallel, we developed and managed a WeChat presence – one of the primary social platforms for Chinese-speaking audiences. This included content planning, localization, and ongoing management to engage users and reinforce brand visibility.

These efforts helped Brian Jessel BMW create a more inclusive and targeted marketing approach, positioning the dealership to better serve and grow within the Chinese-speaking community.
